 Fixed a problematic bug with Item Attachments not displaying correctly, in the wrong attachment slots.
Also Fixed a problem with attachments being cleared from items when a gear change was made.

Does your Profile have Blank Items?
Many new items from PotA, and Vi'Rak caves do not exist in the VGplayer system. When you look at your vgplayer profile you will see a black space where the items is.
Since your profile here gets it's gear information from your vgprofile, it has no way to know what item you have equipped as it is blank. Even after you use UPDATE that slot will stay blank.
We have many of these new Vi'Rak and PotA items in our database, it is just up to you to put them on your character.
You can edit your gear and choose specific items using the icon shown below in the Character Edit section.
Choose the Sphere such as Adventuring, and all your character's gear slots will be displayed, each with a drop-down list of class appropriate gear to choose from, including Vi'Rak Caverns and PotA items. Make sure to SAVE your gear changes and the new items should appear on your profile..
If you have more questions there are a number of video tutorials and examples in our forums, and you may also post your questions.
** When you do a new UPDATE, all those custom selections will be cleared and you will need to set them again. |

 Due to prodding from an interested site user, I have modified the functionality of the hover-text displays.
They should now remain on the screen after you move your mouse off the item, and the bottom informational section has gained links allowing you to go directly to the report page from the hover-text.
This will slowly propagate to all items, and is still being tested and implemented.

Attachments Added to Armorsets
|
|
As the Armorset Report has been quite useful for grouping all sorts of items, I decided to add Attachments to it as well.
makes is very convenient to view a specific type of attachments, say Gem or Infuse, grouped together.

New Flying Mounts from PotA
|

I was visiting Seradon the other day and noticed some new mounts I had not seen before.
Thretosix and Etherian of Triumph volunteered to pose for some pics with their Pegacorn of Order and Nightmare of Chaos flying mount.

The first Vanguard Epic Weapon has been created by Reapers of Triumph on Seradon. As I understand it, the Epic part of the weapon is the REINFORCED SOUL attachment called the Almagus' Terror.

Attack of the Giant Turkeys!

As Giant Turkeys begin to populate the landscape it seems the Thanksgiving season is upon us.
For those non-US based players, this is a American Holiday involving the consumption of Turkeys as it's main theme.

Monster Compendium is Updated
|

I have finished the update on the Monster Compendium report. It is working much quicker now and should hold up as the number of monsters increases.

Who is this guy? And why am I covered in marshmellow?

 Came across this guy in Cragwind Ridge, apparently part of the Grim Harvest Halloween events.
Apparently he is one of the many Grim Harvest names sprinkled around VG that when killed will get you one of those fancy halloween costumes.
Upon attacking him I found myself covered with marshmellow and every hit healed him for like 25K. Apparently the strategy is to NOT attack while covered in marshmellow, otherwise its a tank and spank. |

The list display for the Armor Sets report has undergone a small update to help make the list easier to browse.
You can find it in the Monsters and Loots section in the Vanguard menu to your left.
