Attachment editing expanding to all spheres
|

Due to a few requests I have adjusted the attachments function to also cover spheres other then adventuring.
This basically means you can now add attachments to the Kamelott kog.

Lenina of Xeth is sporting this new earring that says it is only for the Left Ear.
I asked and was told that it only goes in the Left Ear.

A new report called Armor Pictures has been added. It is a more graphic display of pictures of armor.

Major Upgrade to Latest Updates

I have updated the "Updated Items" report as displaying item links is now not necessary as they are included in the hover text.

It's adding items like this one, that Graye linked me, that make me want to chuck it all in.
As everything in this item database is manually entered, mostly by me, items with 16 attributes get to be a pain real fast. |

New Site Layout, Bug Fixes

Obviously the layout has changed a bit. Been trying some new things with the layout. hopefully it's more interesting.
Also fixed a little bug with the hover text not displaying correctly in IE. |

Need Socketed Attachments
|
|
I have had many requests to add all the combinations of Socketed Attachments to the DB so they will be available to augment gear.
To effectively do this I need to add the original socketed item to the DB first, meaning I need to see (get links) for all created socketed attachments. This is required to make sure the correct item ID number is being used.
Without seeing the item link I am unable to add an item correctly to the DB structure.
Please submit by either linking to me in game, or posting in the forums any item links for socketed attachments you have.
This has to be done BEFORE the attachment is added to armor/weapons. Once a socketed item is attached there is no way to get the ID number. |

Does your Profile have Blank Items?
Many new items from PotA, and Vi'Rak caves do not exist in the VGplayer system. When you look at your vgplayer profile you will see a black space where the items is.
Since your profile here gets it's gear information from your vgprofile, it has no way to know what item you have equipped as it is blank. Even after you use UPDATE that slot will stay blank.
We have many of these new Vi'Rak and PotA items in our database, it is just up to you to put them on your character.
You can edit your gear and choose specific items using the icon shown below in the Character Edit section.
Choose the Sphere such as Adventuring, and all your character's gear slots will be displayed, each with a drop-down list of class appropriate gear to choose from, including Vi'Rak Caverns and PotA items. Make sure to SAVE your gear changes and the new items should appear on your profile..
If you have more questions there are a number of video tutorials and examples in our forums, and you may also post your questions.
** When you do a new UPDATE, all those custom selections will be cleared and you will need to set them again. |

Due to prodding from an interested site user, I have modified the functionality of the hover-text displays.
They should now remain on the screen after you move your mouse off the item, and the bottom informational section has gained links allowing you to go directly to the report page from the hover-text.
This will slowly propagate to all items, and is still being tested and implemented.
